Art Bell Interview with Victor the Area 51 Whistleblower

"Victor" worked at Area 51 and was one of the original whistleblowers who divulged the weirdness that was going on at one of the most controversial secret bases in the world. Victor shared the infamous VHS tape of an alien being interviewed by MIBs circa 1996. Looks kinda fake, but who knows for sure.
