New York City's Mayor Bloomberg is the modern day personification of a fascist Czar imposing his insane will onto the peasants. Keith Olberman once ranted that billionaire mayor was the epitome of "all that is wrong and is stupid in the establishment in our country."
Mayor Bloomberg's controversial policies are forced into place; his primary goal is to control the citizens of New York. The Mayor's Draconian legislation to control individual behavior includes anti-smoking laws (both indoors, outdoors, and your home), banning trans fats, and his recent Jihad against uber-sized beverages.
NYC is a major target for terrorism, which means the streets are under constant police surveillance. Now, Mayor Bloomberg wants to extend his power by limiting the amount of soda the peasants of the five boroughs can consume. So much for allowing individuals to make their own decisions and accept consequences for their own actions.
Mayor Bloomberg can add another title to his resume: Soda Nazi.
The Boston Tea Party was a revolt against the elite of the day who controlled every aspects of colonists' lives. Will Bloomberg the Soda Nazi inspire a revolt of New Yorkers whom mark en masse to Gracie Mansion and dump gallons and gallons of soda on Bloomberg's front lawn?
The folks at Truth Never Told summed up Bloomberg's arrogance the best: "These psychopaths revel in their power over you."
